39 | Thursday, March 5, 2015 | OAKVILLE BEAVER | www.insidehalton.com l Obituaries CAYLEY, Sheilagh (Webb)"Grannie" 1932-2015 Surrounded with much love and care, Sheilagh died on February 27, 2015. Beloved mother to Christopher, adored mother-in-law to Suzanne and much loved Grandmother to Courtnay (Cameron) and Sarah. Sheilagh touched the lives of many and was considered "Grannie" to members of her extended family. Her smart wit, wonderful sense of humour and giving nature will be missed by many including her friends at Ennisclare on the Lake. She loved to travel and spoke of the numerous memories of her trips. Her most special is going home to Ireland - where we think that she has found her four leaf clover. A special thank you to the loving and caring staff at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for their wonderful care. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. As an expression of love, a donation to the Oakville Hospital would be appreciated. Please visit the Book of Memories at www.wardfuneralhome.com. GERMAN, David Patrick On Wednesday, February 25, 2015, with his loving wife Ronee by his side. He will be missed by his sons Brad and his wife Selene, Mark and his wife Rita; grandchildren Lindsey, Kathleen, Kira, Philip and Brenna, and his great-granddaughter Aubrey. His preference was to have you remember him by listening to what he considered to be the greatest piece of music ever written, Beethoven's 9th Symphony, or by listening to whatever piece you consider to be the greatest. He and his family would like to thank Dr. Helen Pyle, and the team from Acclaim Health, most specifically "his nurse" Glenann Vincent. Her care went beyond nursing, to sharing books, photos and stories of Iceland, always raising his spirits. Dave was not fond of formal events, so there will be no service and cremation has taken place, although friends were invited to share a memory on Sunday, March 1st at Ward Funeral Home, "Oakville Chapel". In lieu of flowers, donations made to Acclaim Health (www.acclaimhealth.ca) would be appreciated. l Obituaries HENLY-LEWIS, Joyce June 23, 1920 - January 5, 2015 Joyce was called home to God in her 95th year.
