Corporation of the City of Barrie prohibits or requires the provision maintenance and use of the following facilities and matters namely Widenings of highways that abut on the land that is being developed or redeveloped Subject to The Public Transportation and Highway lm provement Act facilities to provide access to and from the land such as access ramps and curbings including the num ber location and size of such facilities and the direction of traffic thereon Offstreet vehicular parking and loading areas and access driveways including the surfacing of such areas and driveways Walkways and all other means of pedestrian access Removal of snow from access ramps driveways parking areas and walkways Grading or change in elevation or contour of the land and the disposal of storm surface and waste water from the land and from any buildings or structures thereon Conveyance to the municipality without cost of easemen ts required for the construction maintenance or im provement of any existing or newly required watercourses ditches land drainage works and sanitary sewerage facilities on the land DA Floodlighting of the land or of any buildings or structures thereon Walls fences hedges trees shrubs or other suitable groundcover to provide adequate landscaping of the land or protection to adioining lands I0 Vaults central storage and collection areas and other been en tered into This bylaw shall not come into force without the approval of The Ontario Municipal Board The City Clerk is hereby authorized to proceed as soon as possible with the iving of notice of the passing of this bylaw including brief exp anation of its purpose and effect and with the carrying out of all directions of the Ontario Municipal Board relating to the giving of such notice and
