handmade fourfoot by seven foot raft We plan to be up at the crack of dawn working hard til sundown Maybe well be so tired we wont notice the hard mattresses lumpy sleeping bags strange meals enormous bugs and primitive facilities Maybe the sun will shine all day and we wont get soaked to the Skill in torrential rain like we did last week Maybe every sequence will go perfectly and we wont have to Place so it does not fall We have bright red bag at he ds extra flashlight bulbs batteries conduit tape etc that we might nee Old blankets and large safety pins go along to make sun shades on hot days We buy 5inchthick plastic foam to use instead of mattresses because it is much cheaper cover them with two fitted sheets one on each side to keep them clean make my own fitted sheets from flat white sheets buy on sale just pin the corners to fit sew and cut the corners and add small piece of knitted fabric at each corner to keep them in place We will be so pleased if some of these hints are of
