BERL AND NOAM Chernick used humor to provide some gentle help in the area of marriage enrichment Their presentation Lets put Sex Back into Love answered some touchy questions by making the audience laugh at the problems involved Examinchhoto Touchy questions answered in gentle humorous way It can be such difficult sub ject to put across but the Cher nicks do it with humor Face it sex is one of the easiest subjects to make jokes about but one the most difficult to talk about seriously So Beryl and Noam Chernick made humourous presenta tion sponsored by Mental Health Barrie at Georgian College Threatre Tuesday night and while the audience was laughing they slipped in those clinchers they made you think Hey thats funny but do it too The two London 0nt therapists acted out little scenarios first as the Rev and Mrs Simmonds they Henry and Joanna The Reverend was worried about his sex life and displayed classical shyness when talking about it with his docotr You see he was worried that his wife wasnt enjoying it too much and felt it was his fault And the more worried about it the worse his sex life became causing him more worry Kind of vicious circle The answer if you dont use it youll lose it If youre wor ried about the deterioration of your sex life dont sit and fret Wins $100 scholarship By JANE SILLS Home Economist North Simcoe County Brenda Simpson daughter of month old Yorkshire terrier There are lot of dogs who are wondering whether they want to own person They like people Theyre fun to he aro nd but are they worth all the uss and bother felt the same way when few months ago observed this cou le Their dog another Yor shire had just been killed and frankly they were psy chological mess During the in terview they kept calling me Harry the deceased dogs name and the woman kept swooping me off the floor and cr ing in my fur They would ta ealotoftraining First nights are generally disaster At 11 oclock at night just when things are beginning to cook they turn off the lights and go to bed had been war ned by other person owners that this would happen tried to keep them on their feet all night but things like this happen Old Talk it out with your partner and find out what each has to do to please the other PETTING And what about petting Well we used to do that before we were married said Rev Simmonds but once we could have the real thing we droppedit Theres no reason to stop pet ting because other means are available says Mrs Chernick If you enjoy it keep doing it What about mechanical aids Henry and Joanna are the ex perts on that You see theyve been married 50 years and have tried just about everything And Henrys heart attack four years ago didnt help matters Our first sex after that was in the hospital says Henry didnt really have the urge after all it isnt the first thing you think about after heart at tack but Joanna kind of felt like it So just whipped out my trusty vibrator But didnt he feel like less of man because of the vibrator Well no he says Its just like cane If you cant walk without it you gotta use it But if you dont need it you throw it away HOT And how do you keep it in teresting after all those years Theres always ways he says Like Ive got job as school crossing guard so go to work about 730 and come home after And to Joanna its just like stranger like the milkman coming to the house have to go back to work at noon and come home in the afternoon and nobody men tions that feller that was there in the morning But still Henry gets turned on by other women Joanna doesnt mind that as long as he comes home to her Like the other women do all the work she says He gets all aroused just looking at them but Im the one who reaps the benefits Judging by the number of happy looking couples who left
