biphenyls PCBs to prepare contingency plans for dealing with the toxic fluid says Chief Jack McAllister Inspections of transformers in the city are being done to make firefighters aware of whether the chemical fluid is involved when they are called to transformer fire he says There is hazard in dealing with polychlorinated biphenyls but as long as we know what were dealing with well be okay said
