the land excluding 0m in the annexation applica tion drains by gravity into Kempeiifelt Bay Some of the land in Vespra Township is in the Nottawasaga Watershed especially the com mercial development north of city limits on Bayfield Street Mr Bacon said his company has told the city it has to be extremely careful in the Not tawasaga Watershed because it is an environmentallysen sitivearea When Mr
