came back and attacked the government that the Rent Review legislation is tough to administer The legislature approved the rent review legislation late last year after extensive amendments were offered by the opposition parties Mr Davis said Ontario voters will base their decision in the next provincial election on the party it feels offers the most meaningful and valuable solutions The
