revenue allowed Simcoe County council to reduce its levy this year The county tax rate overall will drop seven per cent aided by planned levy that was 14 per cent below last years and additional Oil Canada Ltd here was killed Wednesday in truck crash on Highway 427 Police who are continuing their investigation believe he either jumped or was thrown from the empty tanker truck after it went coming north on the road at the time Coming up behind the Dubeau car were two cars the first driven by Louis Belcourt of Perkinsfield and the second by Seven Peer of Scarborough Peer apparently didnt see the stepped Dubeau vehicle but Belcourt who was in front did Seeing that Peer was ap proaching rather quickly Belcourt pulled right onto the shoulder Peer then saw the Dubeau vehicle but was
