continue operating refreshment truck which has been in violation of the towns licensing bylaw since she began the operation last year Mark Scharf lawyer for Margaret McDougall told council this week his client in quired at township head quarters before purchasing the truck and was told she could get licence for it She was in fact sold refresh ment truck licence for last year but was not allowed to renew the licence this year because her operation involves preparation of food in the van practice forbidden under thebylaw Mr Scharf said council should consider some sort of compromise because of
