New envelopes of 4c and 5e de- nomination have been enhanced by the inside addition of a print- ed design in grcy. The new in- terior inereases the opacity of the envelope 'and, thus, assists in the concealment of contents. The de- sign consists of the repeated wording "Postes Canada Post." The price of 4e and 5e stamped envelopes goes up by 40c and 44e per hundred, not' including post- age, in t he No. 8 (domestic) and No. 10 (business) sizes, respect- ively.
