Susie attended the funeral of his sister here and is spending couple of weeks with relative QBhiluarg Prominent Letroy Woman Mrs Hugh Donnelly Dies Suddenly At Her Home Lefroy Correspondence Letroy district was saddened to hear of the death early Monday morning Aug l8 l952 of Mrs Hugh Donnelly Mrs Donnelly who had suffered from serious heart condition since an attack of pneumonia in the early spring died suddenly few minutes after rising on Monday Her son Stewart had left on the midnight train for Winnipeg as delegate from Simcoe Presby tery Young People to the conven tion in that city He was notified by wire of his mothers death and returned by the first train from Chaplcau Mn Donnelly had been steadily gaining in health since her illness earlier this year and her sudden passing came as severe shock to her family and friends The former Anne Mabel Stewart she was native of lnnisfil Town ship and spent her early years on the old family homestead on the fifth line of the township before her marriage to Hugh Donnelly 37 year ago last February She went with her husband to live on the pioneer family farm of Hugh Don nelly on the fourth concession of the township She was the elder daughter of the late Robert and Monica Stewart who along with sister Mildred predeceased her The late Mrs Donnelly was faithful member of Lefroy United Church and served in all the church organizations at one time as WA president and Sunday School teacher She was an aClqu worker with Lefroy Womens In stitute and was past worthy mis tress of IDBA Lodge No 575 in Churchill Besides her husband she leaves to mourn her loss three daguhters Luella Mrs Jack Ruttan Jean and Marie one son Stewart three brothers Wilfred and Barry 01 Lefroy and Charles at Kipling Sask and five grandchildren
