Many will regret the death of Mrs. Hannah Cowell, which occurred on Jan 2nd, at the residence of her daughter, 304 Ottawa St. North, Hamilton. Deceased was born in Binbrook 79 years ago, and was the widow of the late Hezekiah Cowell who predeceased her 37 years ago. For many years she lived in Binbrook, before removing to Hamilton and during the past four years she had resided in Beamsville. Deceased was a staunch supporter of the Methodist Church and was a life long member in that denomination. Surviving are three sons, William of Glanford; George of Barton and Charles of Beamsville, and one daughter, Mrs. Beattie of Hamilton. The funeral will take place on Wednesday at 1 p.m. to Felker burying ground near Albion Mills. - Beamsville Express.
