Spend Family Day at Mountsberg Check out Crawford Lake's holiday fun Looking to celebrate Family Day weekend with some outdoor activity? If so, Conservation Halton may have the answer. Tales by a Winter's Fire and Raptors in Focus programs will held at Mountsberg Conservation Area. Tales by a Winter's Fire will be held from Saturday (Feb. 14) to Monday (Feb. 16). Running from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. each day, the event will include puppet shows, horse-drawn rides, live animal encounters and raptor presentations. Hiking along the snowy trails and the chance to roast hot dogs and marshmallows around a campfire will round out the festivities. On Sunday (Feb. 15), seasoned and novice photographers alike are invited to Raptors in Focus. Starting at 9:30 a.m., park staff will work with their feathered friends to enable shutterbugs to get the best bird photos possible.
