Police in the area of Dundas Road and Sixth Line stopped the two-door Audi A5 at approximately 2 a.m. shortly after shots were red at a home on nearby Redstone Crescent. Halton police Det. Maureen Martin con rmed to the Oakville Beaver that the two-door vehicle, carrying two Oakville residents, had ed from the home before it was stopped by police. "We knew that the vehicle had ed the residence and so police made a traf c stop and identi ed the victims inside," she said. Police were called to the residence, near Third Line and Dundas, at approximately 1:35 a.m. According to investigators, as the Audi pulled into the driveway, the driver got out, heard gunshots and saw a man standing on the road at the end of the driveway.
