the award was received at this office from Eric Simpson assessorfor the County of Simcoe and in ac cordance with Section 33 ss ofthé Sécoiidiiry Schools and Board of Education Act copy of this award was mailed to the clerk of each municipality in the school district by registered mail on March 24 1959 The board received re quest from the Township of In nLsfil on April 1959 to have three members of this board along with three members of their council meet with Mr Randall superintendent of sec ondary education Parliament Building Toronto to my and ar rive at more satisfactpry me thod of appeal to the Ontario Munici pal Board for final decision within 30 days of the mailing of the award by the secretary It was also suggested that the Bar rie District Collegiate Board ask the county council to re questail municipalitiés in the high school district to adopt the provincial manual of assessment for school purposes This would make for more equalized as sessment Your
