Beamsville Express - There passed away at his home just west of the village limits on Friday, July 9th, Alexander McLaren, late of Toronto and Cobden. His widow and one daughter and a son survive. The deceased came to Beamsville about a year ago, buying a portion of the Bell Farm and had been in poor health for some time. The remains were taken to Cobden for interment.
