Sept. 13-14 For the world as a whole, milk is probably the main source of fanning income. In the United Kingdom, states the Imperial Economic Committee, its value exceeds that of any other farm commodity; in the United States, and even in Canada in certain years, the value of the wheat crop is less than that of dairy production. the students of the High School who are looking forward to their graduation this yeai or succeeding years, some of the ex students will pardon us for listing their names at this ti.me. We give herewith a list of former pupils of the school who since 1930 have completed their Pass Matriculation or in most cases their Honour Matriculation standing. Enforced absence from school, serious illness, in some instances death, have contributed to mlake this list shorter than it otherwise would have been. To obtain the higher standards demanded by the Education Department or by public opinion has meant a degree of application and concentration that in itself has been a liberal education. The time when a high school education can be obtained is unfortunately the time when a host of other appeals are being made to the student's interests. Therefore special praise is due those who had or have the ability to re-si sit some of those temporary attractions for the more permanent benfits of an education. We expect that after the close of this school term, a further number of names will be entitled to be. added to this Honour Roll Gordon Adams Lorne Arkles Norma Arkles Gertrude Bellamy Rose Belinsky Jamies Bird Ray Bowen James Bush Jack Clarey Mary Cochrane Irene Oorbyn Mae Cowey Ruth Cowie Elva Denny Douglas Deviney Mariin Drumm Douglas Farrell Garnald Fiske Claude Fowler William Fowler Clifford Godwin Pansy Goulding Alex Grant El son Grant Reta Grant Tom Griffis William Griffis William Gummer Clarence Gunter Isabel Harnden Russell Haynes Agnes HuhMe Elsie Ireland Harold Kernaghan Madeline Kernaghan .Norberta Labatt Myrtle Lawson Marjorie Lee Don McDougall Ethel McKague Florence McKague Leila McKague Dorothea McKim Gladys Martin Clarence Massey Don Mlassey Dorothy Matthews Ja.mes Moore Jean Moore Alma Mutton Doris Mutton Evelyn Mutton Jessie Mutton Margaret Mutton Marjorie Mutton Arnold Olmetead Marion Olmstead Mialbel Peacock Irene Peebles Leo Peebles Margaret Peebles Gordon Philp Gweneth Pritchard Donald Purdy John Purdy Donald Quinn Harold Quinn Dorothy Reed Rosemary Robertson William Robinson Arnold Robson Clara Robson Marjorie Roney Elsie Rose Jack Seed Edith Taylor Helen Usibome Mabel Warren Helen W|hite William Willis Helen Willoughlby Frank Wilson Bargain Fares April 8th DETROIT i WINDSOR i $7-15 Going: 6.35 p.m. train Return: Up to 3.00 a.m. train from Detroit April 12 Consult Agents -- Ask for Handbill Pool Train Service CANADIAN PACIFIC CANADIAN NATIONAL carefully as you ■//■--^?
