Welsman has also sold more than 50.000 jazz albums in Canada. This vocalist has a style of her own and brings a refreshing new life to jazz and pop classics. Phase One of the project - construc tion of a low stone will 1along Navy Street will begin this summer. Additional phas es for the project include installation of iron fencing, construction of a new-court yard entrance and restoration of gardens on the property.
