Dieter's "Quiche", 4 eggs 2 cups cooked -ham, diced (or 9, ounces cooked packaged bam> 1 T. green pepper, chopped 1 T. chives, chopped 8 ounces creamed cottage cheese i/ý tsp. dry mustard ý dâsh pepper (if desired) Lightly beat the eggs in 'a medium sized bowl. Stir in bam, cottage cheese, green pepper, chives, and-mustard. Add pepper if desired. Spoon onto greased small casserole dish or 4 individual baking dishes.
