Councillor Ann Cownman said she believes Council should go through with ap- pointments to the Commis- sion. Councillor Bill Clarke said he believes Council should appoint the interim Hydro Electric Commission in the same way that it appoints other committees. Newcastle Mayor Garnet Rickard said he will be calling ?, special meeting of Council to deal with this matter.
