However, April 6 brought our area this winter's worst storm, with blocked roads, zero visibility, and hydro outages. The Festival had to be cancelled! This cancellation brought some very strong reaction. One youngster surnmed it up with "They can't cancel the Festival - that's like cancell- ing Christmas".
