The 55-page document reveals the Town's financial statements, outlines how tax dollars are spent and highlights the major accomplishments over the last year. "2013 was a year full of positive momentum in Oakville," said Mayor Rob Burton in a press release. "Oakville's continued financial strength has allowed us to create a cleaner, greener, more livable town with lower rates of growth in population and taxes. We believe a steady focus on increasing efficiency, value and livability will keep paying off for everyone."
