An Oakville driving instructor is facing charges in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a former student. The 17-year-old female student of Leaders Driving School, who had been taking lessons at the Oakville facility over the last few weeks, contacted police Saturday alleging inappropriate and unwanted physical contact with her instructor. The Halton Regional Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault (CASA) Unit began an investigation and made an arrest on Sunday.
