Full Text

The death occurred at Grimsby on Saturday of the Rev. J.H. Talbot, for many years rector of the St. George's Church, Oshawa. He had been in failing health for the past four years, and resided on Earl Street, Toronto, until recently, when the family removed to Grimsby. Mrs. Talbot is the daughter of the late Rev. Jno. Pearson, of Holy Trinity Church, Toronto, and the family removed from New Brunswick some 25 years ago to Oshawa, where Mr. Talbot enjoyed the esteem of a large circle of friends, who deeply regret his demise. He is survived by three daughters: Mrs. (Dr.) Morris, Grimsby; Mrs. A.R. Wheeler, St. Albans Street, Toronto; and Miss Constance Talbot. The funeral took place on Monday to St. Andrew's Church Cemetery.
