A number of boys have been taken on to learn .the business. This handicaps pro- duction, but in time they will make qualied butchers. In the last twelve weeks the First Co-operative plant paid to fa1'mers for hogs $110,000; to the C.N.-R. for freight, etc., $4,275, and $500 was paid to Barrie utilities, D112.-king` a total of $126,000 in less ',than three months.
