Rose, an insurance agent, yesterday's papers state, has alleged to the police that a Collingwood man, whose name was withheld, but who we learn is William Henry Brown, foreman of the Collingwood Water Works, concocted a scheme to murder his own mother for insurance and give a share to Rose.
