Floods from this Szamos river have completely surrounded the town of Fehergyarmat, where numerous houses have fallen in fty villages of that district, which is converted into heaps of ruins and thouszinds of the inhabitants are left without` shelter or food. About six weeks ago she had all the teeth on her upper jaw drawn, havmi pre- ' viously lost several of them and was an erina 1:-om violent aches in the rest. The inten- tion was to have a set of articial teeth made as soon as the gums hardened. The wounds healed up; and Mrs. Wilson rejoiced in the expectations of soon having art take place of nature. But soon the gums began to swell and get sore at a tearful rate. Lancing the gums showed that a brand new tooth was forcing its way through. A few days showed a full upper set of solid, whiteand service- uable teeth forcing its way through.
