NEILLY ISTERZHENS `Marshall Neilly Stephens',_son of Mrs. -Stephens and the late M. N. Stephens of Glencairn, and grandson of Mrs. Laidlaw, Blake St., Barrie, died on Sat-urday morning, Mar. 20,. in Tor- onto. Death was due to biood-poison- ing which developed` the `preceding Sunday. He was but sixteen years of age and an only son. His father, who I was auditor for the` County of Simcoe for several years, died, in April, 1925.
