Death of Mrs. John Kidd , The citizens of Cookstown deeply mourn the loss of a kind friend and neighbor in the person of Mrs. John Kidd, who passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 30. Mrs. Kidd had been failing in health for some time but medical skill was unable to combat the disease successfully. Mrs. Kidd was 63 `years of age and was born in the township of Markham. "She was of a kind `and loving disposition that greatly endeared her to a large circle of friends. In religion she was a Methodist, a regular church attendant and always active for good. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Gazey, at home. and three sons.
