Why does Mr. Kenney go to the fth line to employ teams and men and why does he go al- most to the extreme end of the fourth line near the Beach -to get teams` and men when his own neighbors want work? `Mr. Smith, our township reeve. told Mr. Kenney of a young man who is out of work and who is now living with his a uncle. who has a sick wife, and is a re- turned soldier suffering from the eects of the war. Why can not Mr. Kenney give this young man employment I would like to, -point out that a certain ifarmer offered this lad, who is out of work, his "team that he might help. the young man to relieve the burden on his uncle. But no, there is a certain bunch -that must have the work and we are not permitted to do any part of it although we-are ratepayers.
