Predeceased by her loving husband John Richard Feeney (2000), she leaves behind her beloved husband William Arthur Bowen and his sons Scott, Mark & families. Cherished mother of John Edward "Jef" (deceased) Lyn Simms (Richard), James Peter "Jim" (Bonnie), Patricia Kathleen (Drew Birkett), Joel Richard (Suzanne), Owen David (deceased) Connie Stuart (John). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Mark (Carolyn), Erin (Adam), Tara, Shauna (George), Peter (Maite), Sierra, Brendan, Robin, Caitlin and Jake. As well as working at O.T.M.H. as a registered nurse for many years, Yvonne was a talented singer and sang in the Church of Epiphany choir for over 40 years. Known for her "Green Thumb", her gardens were much enjoyed by everyone who visited her home in Oakville. She will be fondly remembered for her caring, generous nature and adventurous spirit. Sincere thanks to the staff at Northridge for their compassionate care over the last several months. As per Yvonne's wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on January 31st at 10am at the Church of the Epiphany, 141 Bronte Road, Oakville. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society. Condolences through www.koprivataylor.com CEVEY, Simonne Born in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France on September 4. 1920, died peacefully on January 19, 2014 at Wyndham Manor, Oakville. Beloved wife of the late Charles Cevey, predeceased by her parents, Albert and Anastasie Moreau, and sister Arlette Briois. Will be much missed by her son Marc and daughter-in-law Jackie and her three grandchildren Philip, Eric and Nicole. She will be long remembered for her independent and fighting spirit that allowed her to defy the odds many times over in her life. The family would like to sincerely thank the wonderful and caring staff at both the Trafalgar Lodge and Wyndham Manor and especially all the nurses and doctors at the Renal Dialysis Unit at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Visitation at the Glen Oaks Memorial Chapel and Reception Centre (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville) on Friday, January 24, 2014 from 1:30-2:30p.m., followed by a service in the Chapel at 2:30p.m. Private interment at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens. NANGREAVES, Gerry 76, of Oakville and Miller Lake, ON. passed away peacefully in his sleep after a brief fight with lung cancer at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital Tuesday, January 14, 2014.
