McIlroy was involved in Ottawa's Rockcliffe Neighbourhood Development, Bloor-Yorkville Master Plan in Toronto, and Vaughan Health Campus of Care. She has led streetscape projects for the Jarvis Street Transformation and St. Clair Avenue West Transit Improvements Project in Toronto. Brook McIlroy is also established in developing sustainability, urban design, and intensification guidelines in Ontario. John Bowker, vice-chair and chair of beautification, Roncesvalles Village BIA, will share his business acumen to bring a practical viewpoint on how an improved streetscape and beautification plan in a commercial district can be successful and lucrative. Rounding off the panel is Oakville resident Don Pangman, founder of ArtHouse, which provides cost-free arts programs for youths ages seven to 12 years in Oakville and Burlington. Pangman has lived in Oakville since 1976. Over the last 15 years, he has done fundraising and served on the boards of the United Way of Oakville, Oakville Community Foundation and Oakville Symphony Orchestra. He is chair of the Canadian Music Competition of Toronto and has been recognized through a Paul Harris Fellowship award, Oakville Community Spirit Award for the Arts, McPhie Award from the Children's Aid Foundation of Halton, and The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.
