Following the May 27, 2010 Public Information Centre, the preferred alternative was reviewed in light of comments received. Taking into consideration the comments that were received from regulatory agencies and the public. the recommended alternative includes: ewidening of Main Street between Bronte Street and Scott Boulevard to include two through lane (one lane in each direction), and a centre shared turn lane between Bronte Street and Whitmer Street eon street bike lanes between Scott Boulevard and Whitmer Street emulti-use path / sidewalk on both sides of the road between Bronte Street and Scott Boulevard (due f0 constraint at the CNR structure, the multi- use path will be provided by introducing pedestrian tunnels on eifher side of the CNR structure) esignalized intersection at Scott Boulevard The decision making process of the EA Study bas been documented in an Environmental Study Report, which is available for review starting Monday.
