"We find that the late Herman Franks came to his death on Sept. 5th, 1927, about 10 o'clock p.m. in the Township of Louth, one mile east of the Village of Jordan, by being hit by a car owned and driven by Joseph Hall of Webster, N.Y. According to the evidence submitted death was due to shock and ruptured lung and that it was purely accidental."
