On June 24 the apartment was broken into and a 54-year-old tenant was assaulted, Stolen were electronics, jewelry and a quan- tity of cash. An investigation recently led to the arrest of a 26-year-old suspect, who's charged with break-and-enter to commit a robbery, dis- guise with intent, assault causing bodily harm, robbery and forcible confinement. He was held for a bail hearing.
