"We're looking to bring on a business park that offers a wider range of uses," said Town Senior Manager of Planning Policy Bill Mann. He saîd the business park could accoininodate things like office space and botels, along with light industrial atîd gen- eral industrial uses. Th e Town would extend municipal water and sewer serv- ices into the business park. But Mann said the big question ix bow bo finance the extension.
