Sweet Music for Momns wili take place Sunday May 6 at Ehenezer Uinited Church ai 3 p.m. The showcase of chamber music wîll feature Anita Walsh on violin, William Shookhoff on piano and soprano Marion Samuel-Stevens, Ebenezers own music director. Walsh piays with the Kitchener- Waterloo Symphony, whie Samuel- Stevens is known to audiences for her performances around the GIA in both concert and opera performances. The concert "Il be followed by a high tea inciuding ail sorts of baked delîcacies. The performance is in anticipation of Mothers Day, and although uts the perfect opportunity to treat mom to some spning music, it cerîainly can be enjoyed by ail, said Samuel-Stevens, chair of the church's recentiy launched concert sertes. "We just wanted something with a lighîer feeling to celebrate spring thaîs finally here," she said.
