On tbe Tbursday before tbe break, MD's prom commitîce beld a pancake breakfast fundraiser in order 10 raise money for Ibis year 1s senior prom. Students from ail grades were inviled 10 buy a ticket to the breakfast for just $5. Tbose wbo wenl spent the miorning wiîb Ibeir friends enjoying a deliciously made pancake breakfast Ibat Aunt Jemima couldn'l even compare 10! Ail in ail the fundraiser was extremely successful and the prom committce raised a total of $275. Tbe îasly pancakes îurned out 10 be exaclly wbat tbe participants of Hoops for Hearl needed 10 boost Ibeir energy as also on Tbursday. Milton District beld ils annual Hoops for Heart lournament. Tbe money collectcd svent towards the Hearî and Stroke Foundalion, and Mustangs sbowed tbeir cntbusiasin botît on tbe court and in the stands. Milton District's swim teamn competed ai OFSAA on tbe Tuesday and Wednesday. Tbey ssvam well and finisbed strongly. The lucky bunch will be enjoying the sights of London, Paris, and Rome during the break. We wish themn a safe and fun trip, and can't wait to hear ail about it when they retumn!
