A public heatth inspector provides the reports to each establishment operator every time an inspection ts performed. The documents also indicate the number of tîmes the heatth department bas inispected the premises over the past year. Hatton Medical Officer of Health Dr. Bob Nosal noted that more than 1,000 restaurants and take-out establishments are now taking part in the mandatory programn.
