Dci. David Brady of the Hiamulton Police Service said she was transferred t0 anotber vehicle and taken to a "Milton-area location" where sbe was beld. He wouldn't specify tbe exact location. The woman was beld there until December 30, and was then taken to anotber spot lu or near Milton, a residence. I.ater tbat day, sbe managed t0 escape from tbe borne and went to a neighbouring bouse wbere Haîron police were called. Tbcy began an investigation, wbicb was iben taken over by Hamilton Police Service. Family members of tbe victim were arresied Sunday "It's an ongoing investigation, and we expeci furtber arrests will be made," Det. Brady said.
