The study was conducted n compliance with Schedule C of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (lune 2000>, which s approved under the Ontarjo Environmenîal Assessment Ad. Following the lanuary 26, 2006 Public Information Centre, the preferred alternative was reviewed in light of comments received and modified as required. Taking into consideration the comments that were received from the Town of Milton, regulatory agencies and the public, the recommended alternative includes: * The widening of Regional Road 25 from two to four lanes from James Snow Parkway to Campbell- ville Road with an urban cross-section; and * An urban cross-section from north of Highway 401 to James Snow Parkway including the signal- ization of the intersection of Regional Road 25 and High Point Drive. The Environmental Study Report (ESR) has been prepared to document the planning and decision making process undertaken for this study. By this Notice, the ESR s being placed on the public record for a 30-day review period in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Class FA. Subjeet 10 comments received as a resuit of this Notice and the receipt of necessary approvals, Halton Region intentis to proceed with the detail design and construction as documented n the FSR.
