[)o solemnlv swear that we oppose the Keswîck Sutherland School proposai to locate in our country neighbourhood. There are over 100 of us. We are concerned thai the added traffic (est. 300 cars per day, and in a concentrated period of time) will compromise our abiliry to safely use our hilly country road. Check out the nature of our road in this photo. This photo is 650 feet from the driveway of the proposed private sehool. Just think. For the tbrili of a few extra property tax dollars, our town gets the privilege of spendîng hundreds of thousands of dollars to upgrade this road to safe standards. What a deal for the people of Halton His! If you live in the country (anywhere) .... if you enjoy wildlife .if you walk the Bruce l'rail or use the Scotsdale Farm for family recreation, then THIS ÎS YOUR ISSUE, even if tbis is not in your neighbourhood It is a matter of principle. We respecrfully rcquesr that our Regional Council support the views of 100 local people. who believe that the right ro enjoy our counîtryside and drive on à' safe road outweighs the right of a FOR PROFIT BUSINESS to make money at our expense. Make your feelings known to your Regional Councillors w .halton.ca (go to council, ibmn councillor contact to send your representative an emaii on tbis issue).
