Burlington Councillor Rick Craven dubbed tbe whole LHIN issue as "silly," noting Halion already bas a regional council that delivers services on a regional level. "The real issue here is they're seîîîng up a sysîem thaîs noî elecîed, not accountable and doesn't need io consult witb us in any wav," he saîcl.
