With definite momentum from an overtime vlctory the night before, the Winterhawks completed an improbable sec- ond-round sweep with a con- vincing 6-2 decision in Brampton February 6. The Battalion struck first, but Milton answered back with two goals late in the opening period. The Winterhawks added three more in the second - A off shots from the point - to put any hopes for a series tumn- around to rest. Milton got goals from six dif- ferent players, including Maîîhew Gooding, Jacob Quinn and Marcus Kotyk, who each bad a goal and an assîst. Aidan Atkinson, Rourke Ferguson and Robert Jones also scored in the senies clincher. Ben Preisner, Adam Wilson and Graydon Wessinger eacb had two assists and Drew Jones drew one. Connor Hallyburton was solid in net for the vicîory. Tbe AA minor atoms now begin the OMHA quarterfinals tomorrow evening in Orangeville.
