The bylaw would contain provisions for property maintenance, composting, stand- ing waîer and dereliet motor vehicles. "This bylaw wiIl allow the Town's enforcemnent officers 10 deal wiîh serious healîh issues such as West Nile (standing water), composter placement, odour and rodent conîrol in a timely fashion and increase public safety," Town Clerk Troy McHarg reported 10 council. "The bylaw provides for the immediate remedy of vio- lations if a hazard 10 the public is observed.'
