HHS bas also benefited froro $8 miùllion in one-time grants and directed capital pur- chases, wbicb bas allowed for stabilization and some focused growth within specific bospital programs tbrougb the provincial Wait Time Strategy Initiative. HHS bas risen to, the challenges of fis- cally strained budgets in years past by vol- untarily initiating clinical efflciency and operational reviews, said Mr. Oliver.
