NOTICE 0F CONSTRUCTION and TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 11(2) of the Municipal Act, S.0. 2001, Chapter 25, as amended, that the Council of the Town of Mihton at its meeting to, be held in Town Hall, 43 Brown Street, on March 29, 2005 beginning at 7:30 PM will consider the adoption of a bylaw(s) authorizing the construction and the temporary road closures for the following construction projecta as noted below. Project No. 1 - Street Reconstruction and Storm Sewer Upgrades Pearl Street (Ontario St. S. to Fulton St.) Bruce Street (Main St. E. to Pearl St.) >-Court Street S. (Main St. E. to south of Pearl St.) Project No. 2 - Street Reconstruction and Storm Sewer Upgrades -Miles Street (Bell St. to Bronte St. S.) - Bowes Street (Robert St. to Miles St.> The temporary closures will be in effect from April 18, 2005 until July 15, 2005. Such a bylaw will allow periodic restrictions to through traff ic. Local access will be maintained throughout the construction Project No. 3 - Replacement of Bridge; No. 59 and No. 69 ~- 6th Lino Nassagaweya (No.5 Side Road to 15 Side Road, located between 10401 and 10131) The temporary closure will be in effect from June 13, 2005 until October 31, 2005. Such a bylaw will shlow a temporary closure to ail through and local traffic. Local access will be maintained from either No. 5 Sie Road or 15 Side Road throughout the construction. Plans detaîling the projecta are available for viewing between 8:30AM and 4:30PM at the Engineering Services Department at 555 Industrial Drive (second floor>. Council will hear, in person, or by their counsel, any person who dlaims that their lands will be preiudicially affected by the said by-laws, and who applies tô be heard.
