Mr. Penman spoke of a number of challenges currently facing CH, including a duplication of some efforts with the Region, which was pointed out recently by Regional chair Joyce Savoline an issue that will be addressed by CH's extemal relations cormm-ittee. He added its important that CH examiùne itself for potential problems, and not look only extemal- ly for issues that need working out. Mr. Penmnan was nominated by Mayor Gord Krantz, who's served on the board for more than two decades.
