The large sprays of colourful flowcrs at the front of the church were just one of the tangible ways love for Dr. Dumencu was expressed. With people seated shoulder to shoulder, the large turnout was more ihan enough proof of the respect held for Dr. Dumencu, whose life was eut tragically short wben he was fatally wounded at an Orillia-area tavem July 16 during a golfmng excursion.
