Wal-Mart bas signed an agreement, in principle, to open a 135,000-square-foot store, First Gulf president David Gibson told The Champion Tlhursday aftemoon. "We're very excited," hie said, notmng a deal should be finalized in a few weeks, with construc- tion possibly starting as early as April. "There's been a strong industrial demand for retail is the Milton market. It really goes with the growth of the town."
